We didn't start a clothing brand. We started a conversation between a 500-year-old craft tradition and the modern Indian woman who deserves to wear it every day.
Jaipur Tales was born from a simple frustration: beautiful, hand-crafted cotton clothing had become either too expensive or too occasion-specific. The everyday woman — the professional, the mother, the student, the traveller — deserved to wear something meaningful without it being a special occasion.
We started small, in Jaipur, working directly with artisans from the block-printing communities of Sanganer and Bagru. We watched them dip centuries-old wooden blocks into natural dyes and stamp them onto pure cotton fabric with a precision that no machine could ever match. We knew right then: this was the story we wanted to tell.
Today, Jaipur Tales is a celebration of everything we love about this city — its warmth, its craft, its colour, and its unapologetic sense of beauty.
